SIZE

Our size chart is available here. We charge an additional 10% for sizes that are 3XL, and an additional 15% for sizes that are 4XL-5XL.

COLORS

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. 

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When You use the Site or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. 

BILLING

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the VAT. The VAT charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS​

"Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Given the nature of products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation we deem fit. Each exchange & return is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution."

DOMESTIC

As a company policy we do not provide any refunds. We shall gladly exchange any item for an alternative size, colour or even a style. We will accept request for exchange only within 15 days of delivery of the product to the customer, provided the product is returned in an unmarked, unused condition. Please make sure that the tags and packing remains intact, in its original condition.

At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please inform customer care on this no. + 91 9116632048.

We request you to drop an email to inara.jaipur@gmail.com or contact us at + 91 9116632048 specifying your concern and the product you would like to exchange along with your interest items. No Return/Exchange will be eligible for Custom-Made Products. You can also choose to receive store credit in return for the exchange. The shipping cost of any exchange is borne by the customer. Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time without any additional cost. Please do note, that multiple exchanges are not allowed on a single order. 

Items purchased in Sale are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.

INTERNATIONAL 

We ship worldwide and we charge a fixed shipping cost of 3700 INR for every order; customer shall be responsible for paying additional import/custom duties and taxes which are country specific . Any size or style change in your order is happily accepted before we ship your items. Feel free to get back to us for any queries and concerns. For any exchange the customer needs to ship the product (at their own expense) to the Warehouse within 1 month. Products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt intact. Please feel free to connect to us for more assistance.

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.
International orders: delivered within 14 business days
Domestic orders: delivered within 8-10 business days. (You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)

Inarajaipur.com endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if inarajaipur.com fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. 

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our web boutique, from the “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance” in the website footer.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
